Aquamaryn Toplin Top Coat Gloss
- story by RIGO Verffabriek
Aquamaryn paints for painters are produced by RIGO Paint Factory in IJmuiden, the Netherlands. These are the first on the market to be made with Dutch linseed oil exclusively grown for RIGO. Cultivation of their own flax for the production of linseed oil was an obvious choice for RIGO paint factory that had been dependent on linseed oil from Canada and Russia. As a result of this choice, Aquamaryn paint is made of renewable raw materials grown on Dutch soil. Dutch farmers grew the flax, a windmill at Zaanse Schans crushed the seeds, yielding oil that is used by a Dutch paint manufacturer.
Opting for the venerable and modern Aquamaryn linseed oil paints, the end user can distinguish himself as a professional. Paints based on linseed oil are renowned for their long-lasting outdoor durability, excellent intrusion properties and lasting elasticity. The sleek oil molecules deeply penetrate the wood, warranting a beautiful and lasting result.
The Aquamaryn product range is unique in the market. It consists of two complete outdoor paint lines: the Toplin and the Original. Next to it, the Aquamaryn assortment offers a complete indoor finish line: Linolux and Maril. Characteristic of the Linolux brand is that it is a water borne paint based on linseed oil and water. Maril is a complete line of indoor wall finish products.
