Tuned® PET felt is an innovative acoustic material that is becoming increasingly popular in the interior and architectural world. It is made from recycled plastic bottles and can be machined into any desired shape. Tuned® PET felt is available in different colours and has a standard thickness of 9 mm. To improve the acoustic performance of PET felt, absorption material can be placed behind the PET felt to drastically improve the acoustic values.

In Merford’s production hall in Gorinchem, they have advanced machinery, including a band saw, water jet cutter and digital cutting machine, with which they process countless acoustic materials into various shapes, sizes and finishes on a daily basis.

Tuned® Petfelt can be cut into various abstract and organic shapes and can be finished with, for example, a chamfered edge. It is even possible to cut texts or logos from the material.
