Hemp fibres for thermal and acoustic insulation. The hemp is grown and harvested in France, after which it’s made into a Hemp fibre. The Hemp fibre is treated to make it fire-resistant and then pressed into large rolls of insulation material for the building industry. The thermal conductivity of the Hemp is 0.040 W/m.K and the thermal resistance is 2.35 À 2.50 m°C/W.
