Perspex Spectrum LED

This Perspex cast acrylic sheet is suitable for usage with LED lighting. The plastic material is a cast acrylic sheet is produced directly from monomer cast between two sheets of high quality glass. It is polymerised in batches in specially developed ovens and water baths in a carefully controlled manufacturing process. The ‘spectrum’ colours have been specially formulated to give optimised colour performance both with transmitted and reflected light, using white LEDs. The material improves visibility by the improved diffusion of light and the elimination of light hotspots. The spectrum material comes in a standard thickness of 3 mm and sheet sizes of 3050 mm x 2030 mm, though other sizes and thicknesses are available on request. There is also a wide range of colours available. Typical applications are illumination and direction systems.
