STADUCO develops composite profiles designed to improve the thermal and structural performance of building connections. The profiles are primarily used as support elements for external joinery, façade systems and natural stone window sills, where they provide structural stability while helping to reduce thermal bridging.

Manufactured from composite materials, the profiles combine high dimensional stability with a favourable strength-to-weight ratio. Their rigidity enables them to support significant loads while maintaining long-term performance. For applications involving concentrated or higher structural loads, supplementary support brackets can be incorporated into the system.

The material’s low thermal conductivity contributes to improved insulation performance at critical building junctions. Unlike metallic support systems, the composite profiles minimise thermal bridging, supporting energy-efficient building envelope design. In addition, the material is resistant to moisture, preventing issues such as swelling, rot and corrosion, while also offering resistance to a range of chemical agents commonly encountered in construction environments.

Compared with steel, the composite material has a significantly lower weight, facilitating transportation, handling and installation on site. The profiles can be processed using conventional tools and are installed using dedicated bonding systems that provide immediate adhesion to the structural substrate, enabling accurate positioning during assembly. The lightweight nature of the material and straightforward installation process can contribute to reduced construction time.

STADUCO profiles are available in standard lengths of six metres and can be supplied pre-cut to project-specific dimensions. This approach helps minimise material waste and simplifies site logistics. Each profile is clearly identified to support efficient installation and material management during construction.

The profile geometry incorporates a standard vertical flange of 150 mm, allowing the system to accommodate differences in substrate height while maintaining structural integrity. Horizontal flanges are available in a range of widths, enabling the profiles to be adapted to varying construction requirements.
