Viaplant® is a collection of plant-based composite materials developed for interior and furniture applications. The materials are characterised by the visible integration of botanical elements within lightweight sheet structures and surface finishes. At the core of the collection is Viaplant® Raw, a lightweight plant mesh sheet that forms the basis for several material variations.

The different variants are created by combining the plant mesh with specific substrates or binders. Viaplant® Cast pairs plant elements with a resistant, water-clear resin, resulting in a durable and easy-to-clean composite surface in which the botanical content remains visible. Viaplant® Vlies combines the plant mesh with a backing made from 100% recycled wallpaper, offering a lightweight wall covering with a selectable paper colour. Viaplant® Textile integrates the plant layer with textile sheets, producing a flexible composite that can be customised in terms of fabric type, colour and density of plant material. Viaplant® Glass encapsulates plant components within tempered glass, creating a glossy, amber-like surface that is resistant to chemical reactions and physical stress. For furniture applications, Viaplant® Raw or Cast can be laminated onto wood-based panels such as chipboard, plywood, MDF or OSB, enabling its use in cabinetry and interior joinery.

The collection includes a range of botanical textures featuring different plant species and mixed compositions, resulting in varied surface patterns and natural colour tones. Viaplant® materials are intended for use in interior architecture, furniture design and decorative surface applications, where natural elements are incorporated into composite material systems.
