By submitting this form, Company hereby

1. grants to Materia Exhibitions B.V., an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, without further compensation, Company’s Trade Name, product images, product descriptions, product specifications, and a description of the nature of Company’s business, on this website and in any other media advertising or marketing programmes of Materia Exhibitions B.V. for the duration of the membership;

2. agrees to a fee of €100 per material publication per year (excl. VAT). Company also understands that the subscription will automatically continue unless it is cancelled 2 months prior to the annual continuation;

3. understands that Materia Exhibitions B.V. reserves the right to deny the publication of a material if it deems the material unfit for its website.
