The world’s first 3D printed boxing gloves

Canadian combat equipment company Hayabusa has recently introduced the T3D Gloves, the world’s first 3D printed boxing gloves.

In an effort to enhance protection and comfort during sparring sessions, Hayabusa replaced the traditional knuckle padding with a patent-pending 3D printed resin lattice, designed to absorb and disperse impact more effectively than conventional foam. According to the company, the lattice offers superior structural stability, ensuring long-lasting integrity.

The 3D printed lattice outlasts layered foams and protects the hands through zonal cushioning. The thousands of resin struts instantly absorb and disperse energy.

The T3D Gloves are available in four colourways and weighing between 280 to 510 grams (10 to 18 oz).
