ARCHISONIC® Natura Cotton is an acoustic surface material developed from renewable, cellulose-based raw materials. Manufactured in Italy, the material is designed to combine sound absorption performance with circular material principles and a natural aesthetic.

The primary constituent of the material is cellulose derived from cotton linters, a by-product generated during cotton processing. By utilising this residual material stream, the production process incorporates renewable resources that might otherwise remain underused. The material is produced using natural ingredients and is designed to be fully recyclable at the end of its service life.

A key characteristic of ARCHISONIC® Natura Cotton is its circular material composition. Acoustic absorbers manufactured from the material can be returned to the production process, where they can be reprocessed and reshaped into new products. Through the addition of water and mechanical processing, the material can be reused without significant degradation of its performance characteristics, supporting long-term material circulation and reducing waste generation.

The production process has been developed to minimise resource consumption by recycling and reusing process water wherever possible. In addition, the material is coloured using natural earth pigments rather than conventional chemical dyes or mordants. The collection is available in 24 colours, providing a range of natural tones suitable for diverse architectural and interior design applications.

ARCHISONIC® Natura Cotton is intended for acoustic wall and ceiling applications where sound absorption is required alongside aesthetic integration. The material combines acoustic functionality with a tactile, natural appearance that reflects its cellulose-based composition.

Each panel is handcrafted in Italy, where the manufacturing process emphasises material quality and consistency.
