Everprene

Elastever develops thermoplastic elastomer formulations under the Everprene brand using recycled materials, particularly thermoset elastomer powders recovered from end-of-life tyres and used footwear.

The materials are produced as granules suitable for injection moulding, extrusion and other moulding processes. They contain more than 70% recycled ingredients, are fully recyclable and are available in hardness levels ranging from 50 to 90 Shore A. Their price is comparable to that of the most affordable elastomers on the market.

Everprene materials are manufactured at Elastever’s factory in France. Plastics manufacturers can use them as direct replacements for virgin materials on their existing machinery.

Alongside its standard product range, Elastever can develop custom formulations to meet specific application and performance requirements.
