Noeplast
NOEplast is a reusable form liner system for creating textured and patterned concrete surfaces. It allows architects and designers to incorporate geometric, abstract or material-inspired reliefs directly into concrete, including textures resembling timber, masonry, natural stone and plaster.
The collection includes more than 180 standard textures, while customised designs can be developed in collaboration with architects, designers and artists. Using CAD and CNC technology, designs based on sketches, digital patterns or existing objects are translated into moulds that reproduce the desired structure in the concrete surface. Custom designs can also include ornaments, lettering and other graphic elements.
The liners feature a glass-fibre reinforced backing for dimensional stability and tear resistance. According to NOE, they can be reused more than 100 times when correctly handled and maintained, reducing the amount of formwork material required for repetitive applications.
NOEplast can be used for both precast and in-situ concrete. The liner is attached to the formwork before casting and removed after curing, leaving the texture permanently reproduced in the concrete. This makes it possible to create distinctive architectural surfaces without adding a separate decorative finish.
