SOLIO Solid

SOLIO Solid is composed of 40% sunflower seed shells and 20% shelled sunflower seeds. This material is stable and resistant to light impacts. Its characteristics include a complex appearance and a high degree of hardness, reminiscent of materials such as terrazzo and marble, with the difference that this biomaterial is much lighter.

Due to its surface elasticity, it is a porous material with properties very similar to particle board. Its visual texture shows traces of sunflower seed husk fibers. It is a material that can be easily sanded by hand and with sanding machines. It is resistant to oil and moderate humidity, but not resistant to water. It is 100% biodegradable. It can be repaired with the same mixture.
