The MDF Form by TOPANR is a wood product that opens up fascinating possibilities and attractive solutions for designers who need curves. Whether lacquered, waxed, veneered or laminated, creating curves is quick, easy and economical.

The machined slits repeated at constant intervals and depths enable perfect bending even with the tightest bend radius. The material is a flexible MDF board which lends expression and quality to numerous different shapes. The recommended bend radius is greater than 150 mm.

The wood is available on request, manufactured using FSC or PEFC certified wood. Constituents are medium density fibreboard wood an UF-glue. The wood is passed through a defibration process. After gluing and drying, panels are produced in a continuous press. They are then sanded and finally slits are sawn to achieve the bending radius required.
