Studio Mixtura is founded by Daria Biryukova. She is a design alchemist with a fascination to experiment with waste and secondary raw materials. Daria Biryukova graduated from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna in 2015 and since then her work has been distinguished with several international awards and nominations including ‘New Material Award’ and ‘Red Dot Design Award’ Best of the Best Design 2021. Studio Mixtura constantly searches for smart, sustainable and beautiful solutions for products and production processes, particularly in the field of materials. Her work is characterized by experiments, in-depth research and a love for color, traditional crafts and technology.
