Hexaben is an ultra-light composite panel with a honeycomb aluminum core bonded to external layers in acrylic. The honeycomb cells are of large dimension. The honeycomb aluminium core is based on panels originally designed for high technological applications such as aerospace. Hexaben combines its light weight and stiffness with transparency and aesthetical value. The external acrylic layers are available in a wide range of finishes and standard colours. Hexaben can also be edged with the same material used for the external layers. The panels can be finished with standard accessories profiles and systems such as frames, handles, hinges. The easy to cut panels are largely used for indoor architectural, design and furniture applications.
